My name is Grace Izuchukwu, one of the recession-produced entrepreneurs. My passion niche is Health and Wellness in the online home business. Motivated by a lifetime passion for health and wellness, I try to transfer this same passion to all, particularly the over 40 age group through this website and by individual and group coaching.

During my period of search and personal development I discovered that many people leave the responsibility for their health to the supermarkets, their doctors or others, taking little or no responsibilities themselves. This is either because of ‘no time’, ‘no money’, ‘don’t know’, or ‘don’t care’, forgetting that when health is attacked or gone, they will no longer be able to enjoy the time or money. It also became clearer to me how many of the chronic conditions are diet and lifestyle related. This knowledge alone can set a lot of people to freedom and reduce suffering and dependence on health services. This discovery has fired my passion the more. I have not stopped sharing this with those around me, and now, with the world.
